1. Course Purchases
- All courses and programs purchased on our website are eligible for a 5-day refund policy from the date of purchase.
- To qualify, you must submit a refund request by emailing namaste@selfbygs.com within 5 days of purchase.
- Refunds will not be issued after 5 days under any circumstances.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will only be granted if:
- You have accessed less than 20% of the course content.
- You provide a valid reason for dissatisfaction with the course.
Refunds will not be granted if:
- You have completed or downloaded significant portions of the course.
- You purchased the course using a promotional offer or discounted pricing (unless otherwise stated).
- You request a refund after the 5-day window.
3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment gateway.
- We do not offer cash refunds.
4. Cancellations
- Since our courses provide instant access to digital material, cancellations are not possible once a course is purchased.
- In the case of subscriptions (if applicable in the future), cancellations will be effective at the end of the billing cycle and no partial refunds will be provided.
5. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if there is evidence of:
- Misuse of the platform or violation of our Terms and Conditions.
- Multiple refund requests from the same user.
- Fraudulent activity or abuse of the refund system.
